Free Size Exchanges
Got the wrong size? We'll send the correct size at no extra charge. Just email us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll sort it out.
How to Return
- Email business@retailrisestore.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours
- Pack your item securely and drop it off at any post office
- Refund processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the return
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Bank processing times may take an additional 2–3 days to appear.

- Items worn, washed, or altered
- Items returned after 30 days
