Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your package.
How to Track
- Check your email for a shipping confirmation from RetailRise
- Click the tracking link in that email
- Or visit the courier's website and enter your tracking number manually
Tracking Not Working?
Tracking information can take 24β48 hours to update after your order ships. If it still isn't showing after 48 hours, email us at business@retailrisestore.com with your order number.
Haven't Received Your Order?
If your estimated delivery window has passed and your order hasn't arrived, contact us immediately. We'll investigate and either locate your package or send a replacement.
